Preparation of the solution:
1. Dissolving the lyophilisate:
Open the reagent vial:◦
Remove the plastic cap.▪
Disinfect the rubber stopper with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol (70%).▪
Introduce an appropriate amount of solvent (e.g. 1 ml HPLC grade water) through the rubber◦
stopper using a sterile syringe to obtain a concentration of 5 mg/ml.
Gently swirl the vial until the powder is completely dissolved. Avoid◦
vigorous mixing, which may denature the peptide.
2. Filtering:
Filter the solution through a 0.2 μm syringe filter into a clean vial or autosampler◦
tube to remove any contaminants.
